If a student does not show up for a scheduled session, they will be charged for the full session. In case of an emergency or extenuating circumstances, the company may make an exception to the cancellation policy at their discretion. If a tutor is unable to make a session, the company will provide a replacement tutor or reschedule the session at the earliest possible date. If a student needs to cancel or reschedule a session, they can do so by contacting the company via phone or email. The company reserves the right to terminate or suspend service to any student who repeatedly cancels or fails to show up for scheduled sessions without providing proper notice.
